The Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kobe Sannomiya PREMIER is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, the largest station in Kobe. Despite its proximity, the hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, making it a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you’re searching for a comfortable and convenient hotel near Kobe Sannomiya Station, this is an excellent choice.
Room & Comfort | Spacious & Clean Business Hotel in Kobe
One of the highlights of this hotel is that, despite being a business hotel, the rooms come with a spacious bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms are not too cramped, unlike typical business hotels in Japan.
I booked my stay through Yahoo Travel under the “Room Type Chosen by Hotel” plan. Although I was traveling alone, I was assigned a Moderate Twin Room.
Bed Quality | Choose a Simmons Bed for Better Sleep
Japanese business hotels often have very firm beds, which can make it difficult to sleep comfortably. This hotel offers Simmons beds in select rooms, which are much softer and better for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, since I booked a random room, I ended up with a standard bed, which was quite hard. If you want a better sleeping experience, I highly recommend selecting a Simmons bed room.

The walls are quite thick, and I’ve never had any issues with noise from neighboring rooms—a huge plus if you’re a light sleeper.

- Coin laundry available on the 10th floor, making it ideal for long stays.
- Self-service check-out machines are located in the lobby for a quick and hassle-free departure.

The hotel restaurant, The Kitchen Salvatore Cuomo, is located on the 2nd floor. It serves a Japanese & Western buffet breakfast from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM (last entry at 10:00 AM).

One of the best parts about this hotel is its excellent location. It is right in front of Sannomiya Center Street, and you can easily walk to:

Convenience stores like Lawson and Matsumoto Kiyoshi (a major drugstore chain) are also nearby, making it easy to grab necessities.
